Kids Yoga Begins this Wednesday!
Looking for something fun for your kids to do after school?
We’ll have class every Wednesday @ 4:30pm. This is a 6 week series. It begins March 18th and runs through April 22nd.
REGISTER HERE –
Your little yogis and yoginis will explore –
- developmentally appropriate yoga poses
- breathing exercises
- visual imagery
- calming relaxation techniques
Each class Lauren will set up poses just for the kids. She’ll also encourage self-expression, social skills, positive body image, and environmental awareness.
Oh, and we’ll try and keep it fun, too. 😀
For ages 5 to 13. 45-60 Minute class.

Please note: Parents will need to stay with children under the age of 13 during their class time. Feel free to hang out on the seats by the front door during class time. We have complimentary tea and water by the front desk. 🙂
You can choose to join them on the mat! If you DO join them in kids yoga, please be set up and ready to go with them before class begins. That way, we can make sure everyone is settled in.
We offer this option because we want to make things as easy as possible on our little students. Sometimes having Mom or Dad next to them will make their experience better.
If they have an independent streak and want to go solo, that’s okay too!
We’ll even have stickers and juice boxes for after each kids yoga class that they can take home. You know, unless stickers and juice boxes are ‘un-cool’ or something… They grow so fast! 😛
