This Valentine’s Day, we’re holding a special class! In this 90 minute class, we’ll cover simple and enjoyable poses you can do with your partner.

Guys If you’ve never done yoga before, Jared will give you a good laugh (he’s not a yoga teacher, so he sympathizes). It’s a safe, fun, non-embarrassing way to take yoga out for a spin. 😉
Also? Partner Yoga is really good for what we like to call ‘second date’ yoga. It’s a fun and playful way to interact with your partner, learn something about them (and yourself), and get to know each other better.
It’s NOT just limited to couples, either! If you and a friend are looking to improve your yoga practice, poses in partner yoga will help you.
In the class, you’ll learn ways to support and improve your poses by assisting someone. You learn new ideas by getting into asanas you already know. Bring a friend or family member who’s looking to try yoga out!
If you’ve never done Partner Yoga before, this is a GREAT opportunity to try it out, and an even BETTER way to show someone special that you care.
In addition to partner poses, we’ll spend some time on some simple massage techniques to ease tension. We’ll also go over some breathing techniques that will help the two of you relax and feel better outside of the class.
No yoga experience is necessary for this Partner Yoga class
