I’m breaking a Good Rule by doing two things at once.

I got some really good advice from a much smarter guy than me…

As I get older I realize the number that are smarter than me is increasing exponentially… I digress.

He said, and I quote:

“Never talk about two things at once. English is confusing enough without throwing two subjects into it.”

It’s a very simple and effective rule, which most really good rules are.

So it’s a bummer I have to break that rule right now, but I never break rules unless it’s for good purpose.

Or good people.

Or to do good things.

As one can imagine, I break rules a lot more than most. 😉

THING 1 –

Yoga 102 is on again Thursday at 7:30PM with Jennephyr leading the charge.

Since I messed up the link in the newsletter Jennephyr and I decided to extend the registration through this week.

I read some of the materials that she put together for last week’s opening class, and I’m reminded that she really is the cat’s meow when it comes to getting you guys through the woods in Yoga.

If you’re thinking about it, jump in. If you’re unhappy after this week’s class, let me know and I’ll eat my hat.

(This particular hat is made of pizza, so while I will be humbled at least I’ll be full.)

THING 2 –

Yoga For Runners is also extending its’ registration through JUNE 30th.

Holly and your fellow runners will be meeting at 7:30PM THURSDAY in The Studio parking lot OUTSIDE to get a moderate run in and some light yoga after.

Saturdays are bonus run and yoga days for this series, which is $95.
(This includes registration to The Metro Way 5K at the end of July!)

This is a GREAT Series for a few reasons:

  • You’re getting some killer instruction from Holly V. Her training regiment makes me tired just thinking of it.
  • You’re going to be included in a 5K! Always talked about it but never done it? Today’s your day!
  • This is 14 13 highly focused classes for about $7.30 each… PLUS it comes with a a race! And a t-shirt!!! T-shirts are as American as Mom, Apple Pie and Reality Television. That last one may not be a good thing, but to each their own. 😛

The caveat is, you MUST register  for this series BEFORE June 30th… Otherwise you miss out on 5 classes AND the Early-Bird registration discount!

I’d add a third thing, but I don’t want to press my luck. At least until next time. 😉
