This saturday (January 18th) our very own Holly V. is starting up a special series she’s created especially for athletes and runners in West MI: Yoga for Runners.
This series will consist of two parts –
- Starting at 7am on Saturday, Holly will lead a solid run in the neighborhood around the Studio (about 30 minutes or so) to get your heart pumping and get you warmed up during these cold winter mornings.
- After the run, everyone heads back into the Studio for a special yoga class. She’ll lead participants in poses targeting hips, shoulders and lower back to help loosen tight areas and condition your core. This second half is about 45-60 minutes, and should finish around 8:30AM.
This is a special series class, and only available to those who register. The cost for all 6 classes is only $60.
